Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from warehouses and manufacturers across the USA. Although some items are kept in stock, some products are custom made-to-order and require time to manufacture before shipping. Expected ship dates are estimated and are fairly accurate. If an unexpected shipping delay occurs, we will promptly notify you by phone or email and provide you the opportunity to cancel your order for a complete refund if desired.

In-stock items usually ship in 1-3 business days (please allow extra time for weekends and holidays).

After shipping, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery to your door (for orders within the Continental US).
