Orders placed at Auto Upgrade Direct before 1 PM Central Time are usually processed the same business day. Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from warehouses and manufacturers across the USA. Although some items are kept in stock, some products are custom made-to-order and require time to manufacture before shipping. Expected ship dates are estimated and are fairly accurate. If an unexpected shipping delay occurs, we will promptly notify you by phone or email and provide you the opportunity to cancel your order for a complete refund if desired.
In-stock items usually ship in 1-3 business days (please allow extra time for weekends and holidays).
After shipping, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery to your door (for orders within the Continental US).
Free Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Times:
Shipping times - Estimated shipping time is stated on the product page of each item in our store. The estimated shipping time shown is the estimated time for the item(s) to leave the manufacturer's facility or our warehouse.
Delivery Time - Once the item(s) ship, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery to addresses within the Continental U.S. Because our products can ship from multiple warehouses and manufacturers across the U.S., exact shipping method and times will vary by item. In addition, your items may arrive in separate packages and arrive at different times.

For In-Stock Items:
We are proud to offer an unprecedented 365 day return policy. It works like this: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return within 365 days of the purchase date.
The item(s) must be in new condition, including original packaging, parts and paperwork. Orders returned in new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a prompt refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. This refund will not include any shipping amounts originally charged on your order (when applicable). Auto Upgrade Direct does not cover return shipping charges for returns such as these. In cases of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item being sent, you will receive a full refund or exchange. Return shipping will be paid to return the item(s) to our warehouse in cases such as these.
To return an item, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA number in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s). To get an RA number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and reason for the return. We'll call you or email you within 24 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA number and any further instructions for the return of your item(s).
Shipments without a valid RA number clearly posted on the outside of the box will incur a 15% restocking fee. Auto Upgrade Direct is not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer's name, address and RA number) on or in the box.
For Custom Made-to-Order & Special Order Items:
Items marked "Custom made-to-order" and "Special Order" are made-to-order specifically for you, they are not returnable except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect item being sent. Custom made-to-order items include, but are not limited to: Custom floor mats, custom seat covers and custom car covers.
